Our private room holds 40-50 people and comes with AV hook up and private bathroom. This package is ideal for more intimate affairs such as baby showers or business meetings. Event guests are free to come and go through the private room to access our patio games or mingle at the bar. 

Dining Room & Tented Patio

Our dining and tented patio offer more communal style with spaces reserved based on headcount. Enjoy access to all of our fun bar games (such as giant Connect Four and Jenga), watch volleyball, and experience the neighborly atmosphere.

VBGB hosts trivia on Thursday's and it's a total blast! The hosts are funny and the questions are just hard enough that they're fun. I also highly recommend the beer cheese nachos! My favorite was the pretzel bites with beer cheese. The bites were buttery and salty and the beer cheese was heavenly. Can't wait to go back!

The garden comes alive with a nice outdoor patio with ping pong, plenty of seating, and a tent. There was a DJ out there when I was there which created a little outdoor dance party. Cool place to grab a beer in a chill but fun environment.

VBGB’s menu features Syracuse-based BBQ sauces and Rochester-based Zweigle’s brats and dogs. Most of our food is made with the owner’s personal recipes. One third of the menu is German inspired, one third is traditional bar food, and one third is health inspired. We offer two different catering options for your group — order from either our Platter menu or our Per Person menu.
